I want a spot!

25 May 2020 15:00-18:00

You are invited,

to a deep reflection and sharing opportunity inspired by recordings with some of the leading minds of our world - from Harvard and MIT: Amy C. Edmondson, Jennifer Garvey Berger, Otto Scharmer, Peter Senge and Robert Kegan (read more at the bottom). Listen to fresh reflections from these respected thinkers and co-create the insights together with other curious people!

Welcome to MindShift Integration on May 25th, an event exploring how we can harvest the learnings in this time of crisis and integrate them into our lives!

Our chances to recover from the current crisis, and come out as more sustainable organizations and societies, depends largely on how you, and we collectively apprehend, respond and collaborate. It is more important than ever to understand how we can build and support our best capacity to make wise decisions, coordinate different perspectives and work jointly towards common goals.

In the middle of May, Ekskäret Foundation, Stockholm School of Economics and Karolinska Institute Center For Social Sustainability, organized an online meeting with some of the leading thinkers in organizational development in our time. Invited were also a group of business leaders and politicians.

Klustret Ekskäret now invites you to a unique opportunity where we will take part of these recordings. And mixed with these conversations we will meet other curious minds in intimate groups and go deeper in reflecting on how we can make sense of what is now unfolding in the world and how we can respond. Founder of Ekskäret Foundation, Tomas Björkman, will also be sharing his reflections.

Our intention is to involve:
💭Mind - through listening to thoughts on the current state of the world and co-create the integration of those by reflecting together
🧡 Heart - through connecting our insights to our own lives and what is important to us
💥 Will - through being open to what is emerging in our individual inspiration and collective movement

You are invited because your perspective is an essential contribution to this gathering. Come and gift the world with more of you - and let yourself be nourished by others.
